For Salesforce users, Clicktools provides a powerful option that enables you to use any custom report. This means that email addresses in any object can be used to send emails and sending of emails is not limited to marketing users. For Oracle CRM On Demand users, a powerful capability is available to deploy to any lists of individuals associated with any object.

Seamless integration of multi-language surveys

Many organizations work in different languages but maintain a common language CRM. Clicktools enables you to create content in multiple languages but pass the ‘common language’ back in to your CRM, meaning any information captured in any language in a closed question will always go back to you CRM.
